Tamina is a distinguished property management professional with an impressive 24-year tenure in the real estate industry. Throughout her extensive career, she has worked with a diverse array of clients, including institutional investors, local developers, and prominent industry leaders. She has held a spectrum of management positions, ranging from hands-on roles as an onsite property manager to her most recent role as executive level leadership as Vice President.
With her breadth of experience, Tamina brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into luxury property management. She has successfully executed eleven luxury lease ups, including two skyscrapers comprising over 700 units each. In addition to her lease up experience she has managed a wide array of multifamily assets across 6 major US markets, demonstrating her ability to navigate diverse market conditions and deliver exceptional results. Tamina's expertise extends beyond traditional residential management, encompassing complex mixed-use developments with office, retail, condo, and apartment rental properties. Within property management she has managed a wide array of multi-family property types ranging from high-rise, mid-rise, garden style, mixed use, vintage, renovation/value add, urban and suburban assets. She has adeptly coordinated the seamless integration of diverse property types, leveraging her strategic vision to create vibrant and cohesive communities that exceed client expectations.
In her most recent role with Willow Bridge Property Company she managed six thousand units in Chicago and Milwaukee for renowned developers and investors such as Invesco, Zurich, Metlife, Related Midwest, Streetlights Residential, American Realty Partners, JDL Corporation, PGIM, Harlem Irving, Time Equities, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporations and JK Equities. Tamina understands the importance of aligning strategic objectives with the unique needs of each property and its residents. She is an expert at fostering strong relationships and forging strategic partnerships that drive success and deliver enduring value.
